**I’m an experienced commercial and property disputes solicitor advocate. That means I’m qualified to take a case all the way to trial where necessary. I’m also an accredited mediator. That means I don’t see disputes purely through the lens of legal arguments.**

From the outset, I want to understand what is driving the dispute, what is motivating the people involved, and most importantly, what you actually want to achieve.

The law matters. The court process matters. But they are tools, not objectives. My job is to use those tools to help you achieve the best outcome for your business.
